Meeting Package 2020

Ao Nang Orchid meeting room at our resort accommodates a wide range of events, seminars, conferences, wedding banquets and product launches. A dedicated team will guide you through the meeting room arrangements, decorative themes, IT support and exciting catering options that match your requirements.

Meeting Package

Full day meeting package: THB 1,000 net/person/day

  • Use of a meeting room from 08.00-17.00 hrs.
  • (2) two coffee breaks (Morning and Afternoon)
  • Private Thai buffet or set lunch with your own choice of menu

Half day meeting package: THB 800 net/person/day

  • Use of a meeting room from 08:00 - 12:00 hrs. or 13:00  - 17:00 hrs.
  • (1) one coffee break (Morning or Afternoon)
  • Private Thai buffet or set lunch with your own choice of menu

Coffee break meeting package: THB 550 net/person/day

  • Use of a meeting room from 08:00 - 12:00 hrs. or 13:00  - 17:00 hrs.
  • (1) one coffee break (Morning or Afternoon

  • Buffet requires a minimum of 30 persons, otherwise, the table set is arranged for lunch/dinner serving.
  • Lunch is served for 1 hour from 12:00 – 13:00 hrs. (1 hour)
  • Dinner is served for 3 hours from 19:00 – 22:00 hrs. (3 hours)
  • Do not allow any outdoor function after 22:00 hrs.


  • In order to secure space on a tentative basis, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required at 50% of estimated master bill charges including guest rooms, banqueting, and conferencing charges.
  • Additional deposits will be required once you indicate acceptance of this proposal.
  • When guest rooms are paid on individual accounts by the delegates, the organizer shall guarantee one-night charge at the time of confirmation as well.


  • No guest rooms, banqueting, and conference space is being held on a tentative basis for you at this time. Space will remain subject to availability at time of receiving your acceptance of the proposal and request to book the space.
  • Rates quoted on this proposal shall remain valid only until the date indicated on page 1 of this proposal, and are subject to adjustments thereafter.
